Can you deliver to anywhere in the UK and Ireland?

Yes we use the best carriers to get your goods safely to you. 

How much is delivery?

Our delivery prices vary depending on your location and volume of goods ordered. For an accurate price on delivery please enter delivery postcode once you enter your basket, this may vary on quantity of products and location . 

Do you deliver overseas?

Yes w can deliver to almost every country in the world please view our international secction for full details. Storm Interiors London are to proud to have a strong international client base which it supplies weekly. Do you deliver on Saturdays?

We do not usually arrange deliveries on Saturdays, however if you require a Saturday delivery please contact enquiries@storminteriordesign.com to see if anything can be arranged.

How do I place an order?

All orders are placed online. 

What happens once I have placed my order?

You will receive a receipt immediately via email to confirm that we have your payment. Within 3-5 days we will send you a confirmation of your order with an approximate delivery date via email.

Can I add or remove products from my order after I have placed it?

This may be possible if your order hasn’t been booked out for delivery. Please contact us at enquiries@storminteriordesign.com to see if there is anything we can do to assist.

Can I cancel my order?

This is only possible if your order hasn’t been booked out for delivery or dispatched. Please contact us with your order number at enquiries@storminteriordesign.com and our customer services team will see if we can assist.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery times are between 3-5 days although we will confirm this once your order has been placed.

What is your returns policy?

You can return any goods to us within 14 days of taking receipt of your order and we will refund you the full value of your items. Goods need to be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. 

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes all prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

Do you offer a gift wrap service?

No unfortunately we do not offer this service.

Do you price match?

No we do not offer a price match on any item or service.

Are you able to offer a Trade discount?

Yes. We currently supply to businesses in the UK and internationally please contact our customer services department for further information by e-mail enquiries@storminteriordesign.com.
