Refund policy

Returns, Order Cancellations & Modifications.


Once You place an order, You will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order.

However, please note that this does not mean we have accepted your order.  We will confirm our acceptance to you by sending you an email stating that your order has been dispatched (“Dispatch Confirmation”). The Contract between us will only be formed once we send you the Dispatch Confirmation.

If you would like to make an exchange, we will accept it as long as you contact us at enquiries@storminteriordesign.com within 30 days of the delivery date. We will advise you on what to do to effect an exchange.

You will be responsible for the costs of returning the products to us in a saleable condition along with your invoice or receipt. STORM is not responsible for providing a new packaging to return to us.

We will either issue store credit for what was spent upon the arrival of your package or process the exchange for you.  It may take up to 10 days after it is delivered to us to be checked into our system. 

You are also welcome to return an item that you just don't like.  Again, you must contact us at enquiries@storminteriordesign.com within 30 days of the delivery date. We will advise you on what to do to effect a return.

Exchanges and Returns must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. That is unworn/unused, unwashed, free of any wear and tear, stains and in the original packaging. Any returned items that have damage of any nature or stains in general will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

If any discount or promotion codes were used, 'free' items with your order that have been kept will no longer be free if you return a paid item for a refund. If the free item was not returned along with your package and a refund is being requested, the refund will be for the price of the returned item minus the price of the free item that's been kept. If the free item is the actual item being returned, it must be exchanged for another item of equal or less value. 

We recommend you always obtain proof of postage when returning items, preferably on a tracked basis. No Postage or carriage duty will be refunded.

Returns for a refund also include a £5 restocking fee per item from us.

Items sold on clearance cannot be returned or refunded. They may not include original packaging. We make no guarantees about the condition of these items.

As a consumer, You have legal rights in relation to Products that are faulty or not as described. Please notify us at enquiries@storminteriordesign.com before returning and within 7 days if an item arrives faulty. Advice about your legal rights is available at Your local citizens’ advice bureau or trading standards office. Nothing in these terms will affect Your legal rights.  

Whilst the goods are in your possession, you must take reasonable care of them and not use them.
