INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & DELIVERY

If you love our products but live outside the UK, please don't worry. We are able to ship our items to almost anywhere in the world. We only use the best international shippers who will deliver your goods with the same high level of service that we provide for all of our UK customers.

Please note: International charges are not inclusive of import duties and taxes. It is the responsibility of the recipient of the goods to pay any fees incurred.

We are able to deliver almost anywhere internationally; all international deliveries are treated as exports and require additional customs processes. Please get in touch with us and we’ll be able to advise on delivery costs, the product cost without UK VAT applied, shipping fees, any customs duties that you may need to pay and the VAT/sales tax that you will pay upon delivery – based on the prevailing VAT/sales tax rate in your country.

Tax and duty charges are country specific and will be charged by the customs authority in the destination country, all charges are your sole responsibility. They will contact you directly for payment of any duty or taxes payable and you will be responsible for arranging payment prior to the delivery of goods. 

If the payment is not made promptly then the courier will return the goods back to us and we will are unable to reimburse any delivery or the return costs. It is therefore very important that overseas buyers supply accurate contact details so the courier company can make contact without any delays.
