2. Privacy Policy

We can assure you that we do not or will not sell or rent your personal details to anyone else. As you navigate through our website, we may ask you to provide personal details such as your name and email address. This will only happen when it enables us to provide a better service or experience to you: tracking orders, answering queries, reviewing past purchase, requesting feedback etc. If you opt-in to allow us to store your details on our customer database, this information will be held in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. We will use this data to contact you with offers from time to time from Storm Interiors London, and you may request for your personal details to be removed from our database at any time.

3. Cookies

Storm Interiors London uses cookies to offer a better experience to our customers. Cookies are small pieces of code placed on your computer by websites, with your permission, so that those websites can recognise visitors who have previously visited that website and tailor the content they serve accordingly.

4. Pricing

Prices shown on the Storm Interiors London website are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate, with delivery charges shown separately. We make every effort to ensure the complete accuracy of our website; however some prices/details may change from time to time, and it is possible that errors may occur. We will use our best efforts to rectify any errors as quickly as possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result.

5. Product Information

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible on the website and to ensure that the product information is kept as accurate as possible; some items may be subject to availability. In the event that a product is not available, you will be informed as soon as possible following the placement of your order.

6. Website Content

Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of such information, neither the company nor its employees cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or errors in the content contained in any part of the website.

7. Delivery

Delivery of goods will be made by a courier service, and the delivery charges are shown on the Storm Interiors London website for mainland UK customers. We require all customers who reside outside of the mainland UK and overseas to contact us to discuss their order and delivery charges before placing an order. In addition, we work with our courier service provider to deliver goods according to schedule, but we cannot be held liable for any inconvenience or cost resulting from the late delivery of goods.

8. Payment

Payment for Storm Interiors London goods is through certain credit and debit cards and is processed securely using advanced and up-to-date security-protected software. Your payment information is encrypted to ensure that it is fully protected and processed securely. Your payment details are not held by Storm Interiors London; they are held in an encrypted state by Stripe, a highly secure and widely recognised global payment provider.

9. Product Returns

You have a maximum of 14 days to return items; we cannot accept return requests made after this period, so please make sure you’re happy with your order as soon as it arrives.

We will advise you of the next steps once we’ve received your online return request (we can’t accept return requests by phone or e-mail).

Returned items must be in a resaleable condition, and please don’t dispose of any of the original packagings until you know you’ll be keeping it. We may refuse the return if the packaging has been thrown away or deduct a re-packaging fee from the refund you’re owed.

If you return an item without all of the original packagings, we will deduct a 20% re-packaging fee from the refund you’re owed. This represents the price reduction that a future buyer will expect for an item without its packaging.

We might also make further deductions to the refund if we discover the item has been damaged because it wasn’t packaged properly. You are responsible for returning the item or item(s) to us, and we cannot offer free returns.

When arranging a return of an item, please use an appropriate service that covers you; if the item becomes damaged or lost on its way back to us, we are unable to refund you.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange any items, you need to return them for a refund and place a new order for the alternative item.

We process refunds within 10 working days, but please be assured that we will process the refund as soon as we receive the item back. All refunds will be made back to the original payment method.

If you cancel an order that has already been shipped or if we cannot deliver an order because you are not at home or there are access difficulties that you haven’t told us about in advance, we may deduct delivery costs from the refund owed.

10. Faulty Goods

In the unlikely event an item arrives damaged, please send us a photograph clearly showing the damage and advise us within 24 hours of delivery taking place. It is vital that you check your order thoroughly for any damage as soon as it arrives.

We will advise you of the next steps and ensure we get a replacement out to you as soon as possible at no extra charge or, alternatively, refund the cost of the purchase.
